Account Structure

We synchronize the organization structure directly with GitHub. This means that when a user is part of your GitHub organization, they will automatically be added to your BuildJet organization too. Similarly, when you remove a user from your GitHub organization, they will also be removed from BuildJet.

To ensure seamless synchronization, simply install BuildJet to your GitHub organization, and the rest will be taken care of automatically.

Deleting Your Account

Please contact our support team at contact@buildjet.com to delete your account. If you're only interested in ensuring that you won't be charged for any more usage, you can also just uninstall the BuildJet GitHub App from your GitHub organization here

#

Spending limit

Currently, there is no spending limit for accounts. As this is one of the most requested features, we're looking into implementing it, but we can't give you a time frame as of today. Until then, we recommend occasionally checking the usage chart to get an overview of your spending.

Viewing Upcoming Invoice

To view your upcoming invoice for the current billing cycle, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Buildjet for GitHub Actions Dashboard.
  2. Click on Billing Portal.
  3. In the Billing Portal, locate the section at the top of the page called Current Plan.
  4. Click on View Details to expand the section.
  5. Here, you can find and view your upcoming invoice, which includes your usage records for the current billing cycle.

Please note that the upcoming invoice is created at the start of the billing cycle and accumulates usage records throughout the cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, the charges will be applied to the customer's account.

#

Trial Period

Every new BuildJet account gets a one-time $5 trial credit. This credit is for BuildJet use only, not for GitHub Actions, as we have different billing systems. Once you've used your credit, you'll start getting billed for any more use. Keep in mind, the free 3000 minutes from GitHub Actions don't count for BuildJet use

#

Do I spend my GitHub Actions minutes when using BuildJet?

No, you don't. BuildJet usage is different from GitHub Actions, and we have different billing systems.

#

Billing Rounding Policy

Just like GitHub Actions, BuildJet rounds usage to the nearest upper minute for billing purposes.

#

Separate Billing Email

If you'd like to use a separate billing email for your account, please contact our support team at contact@buildjet.com, and we'll promptly assist you in updating your email preferences.
