How do I get an invoice?

Go to your dashboard, click Usage and then Manage Subscription. You should now see the Customer Portal, where you can see your past usage and invoices.

Do you support any alternative payment methods?

Credit cards are the only supported payment methods. We cannot accept payments by wire transfer, invoicing or cryptocurrency, unfortunately. All of our payment processing is done by Stripe. We're a small team with limited resources, so cannot deal with billing ourselves.

How do I update my billing address?

You can change your billing address yourself by going to the dashboard, clicking Usage and then Manage Subscription. There you can update your billing address.

How do I set a separate billing email?
